Foresight golf simulator: GC3, GCQuad and Falcon

Foresight makes the camera units fitters trust, and the GC3's price drop makes it the easiest one to recommend. The new Foresight+ plans are the thing to understand before you buy.

Foresight's lineup for home simulators is the GC3 (three cameras, $3,999 after a cut from $6,999), the GCQuad (four cameras, $15,999) and the ceiling-mounted Falcon ($16,999). All three sit beside the ball or overhead, so they don't need space behind you.

On September 18, 2026 Foresight replaced its FSX software with Foresight+ memberships. Data is free; courses and third-party software cost extra. Long-time owners weren't happy, and I'd factor it in.

Which one I'd buy

Foresight Sports GC3

The GC3 is my best overall launch monitor for home. At $3,999 it's the most proven camera unit under five figures, and it works indoors and on the range.

The room a Foresight simulator needs

Foresight's own 2021 buyer's guide says ceilings of at least 10 ft (9 ft can work) and, unusually, a minimum width of 20 ft, far above every other source. Retailers put GC3 and GCQuad rooms at about 10–15 ft deep with a 9 ft ceiling. The Falcon needs a 9.5–10.5 ft ceiling that can hold 75 lb.

SIM IN A BOX Play 10' lists 20 ft of full depth including the projector.

Check your own numbers with the room size calculator or read the full room size guide.

Plans and software

Foresight+ is Free, Silver ($199/yr) or Gold ($599/yr). Course Pass ($295/yr) or Course Pass PRO ($595/yr) adds courses and needs Silver or Gold. GSPro and other third-party software need Gold.

In practice: about $494 a year for Foresight's own courses, or $849 a year for GSPro (Gold plus GSPro's $250).
