How I work

  • I start with the maker's own manuals, space guides and plan pages, then check retailer listings for real street prices.
  • I read owner forums and verified-buyer reviews for the things spec sheets don't tell you, and link to every source.
  • I work out what each setup really costs over three years, including the yearly plans.
  • I don't write as if I've tested a unit hands-on when I haven't. When someone else has, I name them.
  • The technical side is checked by my expert review panel of PGA professionals and launch monitor testers.
